1. Product Delivery

Typical delivery time is within 3 business days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery is not instant.

If your order is not delivered within 3 business days, reach out via Telegram. Orders over $100 may qualify for $20 compensation, or you can choose a discount on your next purchase.

2. Refunds & Replacements

ShadowKYC products do not include extended warranties unless explicitly stated. Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:

1. 1. A delivered file is corrupt, incomplete, or fails to open within 72 hours of delivery without modification by the buyer.

3. 3. Seller-related issues prevent proper usage or functionality of the product as described.

If any of the above conditions are met, you may request a refund or replacement. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for properly storing and securing delivered digital files after successful download.

Any issues caused by misuse, modifications, redistribution, or actions taken by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
